Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 ea Portobello mushroom caps, gills and stems removed
- 1 T garlic, minced
- 1 T fresh rosemary, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Marinate the mushrooms in the garlic, rosemary, olive oil and vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Grill the mushrooms. 5 minutes each side.
- Plate and serve.
